Relocation referrals are listing and buying leads generated from Better Homes, NJ/VRI Realtors network members, other firms outside the network, or through our Corporate Relocation Program. Referrals are received by the Relocation Department who coordinates and distributes these leads.

5.1 Outgoing Referrals
Sales Associates will contact Relocation Department with pertinent information. Relocation will refer to a destination broker, and follow-up. If a sale is consummated, a commission check will be forwarded for disbursement.

5.2 Incoming Referrals
The Relocation Coordinator is responsible for coordinating incoming referrals. The Coordinator will contact and consult with the transferee and contact office Manager for assignment. The Sales Associate should forward written confirmation within 48 hours to Relocation Center.

5.3 Referral Fees
Sales Associates should expect to pay fees on all referrals unless clearly agreed otherwise with the referring source. Referral fees of any kind may only be reciprocated in accordance with the license laws. Any referrals received direct by a branch office should be registered with the Relocation Department. Referral fees to be paid to other Real Estate Brokers will be deducted from the gross commission received by the Company. Referral fees will be paid in accordance with each referring network.
