6. to anticipate changing needs in the marketplace and to be proactive in providing services rendered;
7. to operate efficiently in order to make a reasonable amount of profit from services rendered;
8. to manage risk so as to ensure the perpetuation of the enterprise;
9. to grow in size, sales volume, and number of services;
10. while representing Sellers, to guarantee they will receive all benefits of our Marketing Systems, as well as other Company Systems and Programs.

In order to have a smoothly operating organization, there must be clear cut lines of authority and responsibility, along with specific policies covering all areas of common activity and interest. This Manual provides these guidelines and will assist all of us in achieving mutual objectives. It is hoped that all Associates of the Company will appreciate, use, and abide by these Policies and Procedures.
