Better Homes, NJ/VRI Realtors’ purpose is to responsibly and efficiently serve the Real Estate Brokerage needs of our marketplace. It is this Company’s Mission:
- to provide service by supporting our Company Systems and Programs to ensure customer satisfaction;
- to be honest and fair with our clients and customers and provide superior service;
- to create and continually nourish a Corporate culture that encourages open, honest, and fair relationships, a high respect for the individuals and their differences, and a warm sense of humor;
- to promote the financial and personal growth of the Company, its Employees, Independent Contractors and Sales Associates;
- to be an active and socially responsible member of the communities in which we conduct business, Realtor organizations, and the Better Homes, NJ/VRI Realtors Real Estate Service;
- to anticipate changing needs in the marketplace and to be proactive in providing services rendered;
- to operate efficiently in order to make a reasonable amount of profit from services rendered;
- to manage risk so as to ensure the perpetuation of the enterprise;
- to grow in size, sales volume, and number of services;
- while representing Sellers, to guarantee they will receive all benefits of our Marketing Systems, as well as other Company Systems and Programs.
In order to have a smoothly operating organization, there must be clear cut lines of authority and responsibility, along with specific policies covering all areas of common activity and interest. This Manual provides these guidelines and will assist all of us in achieving mutual objectives. It is hoped that all Associates of the Company will appreciate, use, and abide by these Policies and Procedures.
